• Training Tips – Setting Race Goals

It’s that time of year when many athletes are thinking about race goals for 2016. Whether you’re looking at a longer distance or a faster PR, don’t hesitate to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. As I’ve said in the past “Aim High”. You’ll never know what you can achieve, if you don’t go for it. Isn’t that why we race?

    Train smart. Race fast.
